Technicalities : The entire complex was built using a concrete structure, covered with french stones on each façade with granite openable frames. The ground floor is finished off with superb Labrador black granite. Two huge entrances allow access to the office block. The ground floor areas of dense comings and goings have been richly decorated with marble floor and wall tiles. The offices are fitted out with modern partitioning, marbled linoleum flooring, false ceilings with recessed luminaries.
