Technicalities : It displays a concrete structure, covered with an architectonic concrete façade. The roof, which covers level +5, is made of zinc and spans a unique vaulted pane framing. The openable window frames are in heat insulating aluminium and have insulating double glazing. The roof displays Velux-type pivoting windows.
