Description : The building is located north of the crossroads between Boulevard du Roi Albert II and Boulevard Simon Bolivar, virtually facing the Nord train station. The WTC comprises a three-and-a-half-level socle which covers nearly the entire site and two twin towers, each one of 26 floors. Befimmo owns Tower 2. This Tower 2 is almost entirely occupied by the services of La Poste, bound by a long-term lease.
Technicalities : Office building and shopping arcarde, reinforced concrete framework for the lower floors and the socle, aluminium window frames, double glazing, socle surfaces completed with natural materials; metal framework for the metal superstructure, mineral fibre false ceilings, recessed luminaries, wall-to-wall floor covering & vinyl, parapet induction units air conditioning.
Access : Easy access via public transport, with a Metro station on Place Rogier and the Nord train station nearby. Moreover, there is easy-car-access to the Brussels inner ring road providing convenient access to the main motorways (E40, A12, E19, etc.).
