Description : Located at the heart of Brussels, the Empereur building comprises 5 levels and a ground floor. It has been entirely rented out to VDAB (The Flemish Office for Employment Brokerage and Professional Training) since 1986.
Technicalities : This is a corner building, built with robust traditional materials, with a concrete structure and a pierre de France façade. The offices enjoy the natural daylight thanks to the far-reaching extension of the façades. The completion work is simple. The main entrance has been entirely renovated. Some renovations were also brought to the completion work in 2004 (false ceilings, floor covering, luminaries and dubble glazing for one of the façades).
