Description : Of the string of 6 buildings set along the railway and facing the ULB and VUB campuses, the architect’s office Montois Partners designed the first one - the Citibank (1992-1995), and the last one - the Pfizer Dome (1999-2001) which also marks the final completion of the overall La Plaine project (60,000 m² over 8 acres). The building has cleverly capitalised on the uneven landscape in which it fits. Designed in 2 blocks, linked by 2 core flow areas, around a vast atrium, it rests its 6 floors on a robust dark blue granite socle.
