Description : The Impératrice building comprises 7 floors, a mezzanine, a ground floor and two basement levels. The areas are shared between two blocks connected by footbridges. The main entrance of the office block is located in Rue Cardinal Mercier. The entire ground floor accommodates a reception area for the public, facing Boulevard de l'Impératrice. A sheltered car park has been designed at the back of the buildings and is accessible via a carriage entrance giving onto Boulevard de l’Impératrice.
Technicalities : The building is a concrete structure, the façade displays large bay windows with both fixed and openable parts girdled with aluminium cladding window piers. The façade on Boulevard de l'Impératrice is fitted with large aluminium blades, adjustable and operated from inside. Most of the office areas have been renovated with false floors covered with carpet tiles, a false ceiling with recessed luminaries and warm or cool air distribution through a ventilation system on each floor.
